Late policy

There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule and pay another booking fee.

Booking Fees

A booking fee is required to book all appointments. It secures your time slot and ensures you are serious about your appointment. The fee will go towards the full cost of the service. If you reschedule your appointment, you will have to pay another booking fee to book a service. No exceptions.

Booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE

Previous work / corrections

I take previous work on a limited basis and am very particular about who I take on. You must email me clear, well lit photos of old tattoos and get approval from me BEFORE you proceed to book an appointment. It doesn’t matter how old they are. Price may vary depending on the extent of correction. If you do not send me photos of your previously tattooed brows, you run the risk of losing your booking fee and being turned away.
